Senior Atlassian Consultant / Trusted Advisor - Communardo Sweden
Do you know the Atlassian platform well enough to know that the technology is rarely the hardest part?
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Consultant who can combine strong platform knowledge with business understanding, customer dialogue and the confidence to advise customers on what they should do next — not only how to configure it.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, understands their challenges and can turn Atlassian technology into solutions that create real business value. Your Mission
- You will work with some of our key customers across Sweden and the Nordics, often in complex environments where Atlassian is a business-critical platform.
- Advise customers on how to get more value from Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and the wider Atlassian platform.
- Lead customer initiatives, workshops and improvement projects.
- Translate business needs into sustainable Atlassian solutions.
- Challenge existing ways of working when there is a better way forward.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from platform teams and process owners to IT leadership.
- Help customers design and adopt a system of work — where people, processes and tools reinforce each other rather than working in silos.
- Guide customers in making AI a natural part of how they work, including Atlassian's own AI capabilities such as Rovo — not as an experiment, but as a smarter way of getting things done together.
- Contribute your experience internally through knowledge sharing, mentoring and development of our ways of working.
- You don't need to know every Atlassian product inside out. What matters is that you understand the ecosystem, are technically credible and know how to connect technology with people, processes and business needs.
Your Profile
- Proven hands-on experience with the Atlassian platform.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
- Consulting experience and confidence working directly with customers.
- The ability to move between technical discussions and business conversations.
- Experience leading workshops, projects or customer initiatives.
- A curious and consultative mindset — you ask why before deciding how.
- The confidence to make recommendations and challenge customers constructively.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience with Cloud, Confluence, Assets, migrations, ITSM, governance, automation or Atlassian AI/Rovo is a plus.
