Your Tasks
- Identify, develop, and win new Enterprise and Midmarket customers in Sweden
- Act as Key Account Manager for selected customers and grow the business over time
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and C-level executives
- Understand customers' business objectives and translate them into consulting engagements and solution opportunities.
- Position Communardo as a strategic partner
- Actively leverage and expand your professional network to generate new business opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and industry events
- Manage your pipeline in a structured way and contribute to achieving team sales targets
- Work closely with Atlassian Account Executives in the Strategic and Enterprise segments across the Nordics to identify, develop, and progress opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Communardo Nordics organization to connect capabilities with customer needs and win deals
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- A proven track record of selling software or digital solutions to Midmarket or Enterprise customers.
- Experience selling consulting services, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrated success in winning new customers and growing existing accounts
- Strong ability to build relationships and networks at decision-maker level
- Experience in complex sales cycles and procurement processes
- Experience working with structured sales methodologies and qualification frameworks, such as MEDDPICC, especially in complex B2B sales cycles
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
