Accounting Manager (m/f/d) - Nordics (Sweden - based)

This role can be based at any of our locations in Sweden, with a preference for Karlstad.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

Day-to-day accounting and financial statements
VAT and payroll declarations
Cash flow monitoring and banking matters
Intra-group invoicing and accounting
Reporting to the group
Coordination of the payroll process
Development of procedures, processes and working methods

Your Profile

Strong accounting expertise, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Experience working in a group environment or a solid understanding of consolidated accounts and intercompany transactions
Ability to take ownership of the full accounting cycle and work independently
High level of accountability and a proactive, hands-on approach
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Curiosity and a willingness to challenge and develop existing processes
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way
Down-to-earth personality with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
